Data controller

WAIFLOW operates waiflow.mx and the associated demonstration services.

Data we collect

Contact form: name, email, company (optional), message, IP address, and browser user agent.

Web demos (booking agent and digitization): visitor identifier, chat messages, session state, language preference, and demo booking data.

WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API): phone number, message content, and metadata required to run the booking agent in production.

Purpose of processing

Respond to contact requests and provide commercial follow-up.

Operate interactive site demos, including AI-generated responses when enabled.

Handle WhatsApp conversations linked to the booking demo.

Maintain site security, prevent abuse, and enforce usage limits.

Processors and service providers

We may share data with providers that help us operate the service: OpenAI (AI processing in demos), Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API), HostGator (hosting), and Titan Email (transactional email).

These providers process data under their own policies and our applicable agreements.

Cookies and local storage

We use technical session cookies (for example, CSRF protection), a visitor identifier for demos, and preferences required for the site to function.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the public site.

Retention

Booking demo data is periodically purged through automated server tasks.

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request and for applicable operational or legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding your personal data by writing to clientes@waiflow.mx.

If you reside outside Mexico, you may also request information on how to exercise data protection rights in your jurisdiction.

Changes and governing law

We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with the update date.

This policy is governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to rights you may have in other jurisdictions.
